Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice. It is said that yoga plays an important role in relaxing the mind and body and boosting people’s immune system. To raise awareness about this ancient practice and to celebrate the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world, International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on June 21. In the current pandemic situation, the school has celebrated the International Yoga Day Virtually. All the students and teachers performed Pranayama, Meditation and various Aasanas to keep them healthy. The importance of the Yoga Day was also explained to the students .The video of International Yoga day was premiered on the You tube on the same day.
